Admissions
Wolford College School of Nurse Anesthesia accepts applications for Spring or Fall admissions. Spring classes matriculate in February and Fall classes in September/October.
Applications are accepted throughout the year and reviewed on a rolling basis until the incoming spring or fall class is full. Early application is encouraged. Please read through the admissions criteria carefully and go through the checklist below. Admissions Checklist:
- Completed Application
- Application Fee ($50.00)
(money order or cashiers check)
- Official transcripts from all academic institutions
attended that indicates the following successful
course completion (C or above):
- Two Chemistry courses (one w/ a lab component)
- Undergraduate Health Assessment course and
Statistics course
- Two Anatomy & Physiology courses

- Graduate Record Exam (GRE), taken within 5 years
- A combined score (verbal and quantitative) with a score of 1000 preferred
- Analytical section must be reported with a score of 3.5 preferred
- Wolford College GRE institution code is 5644 / www.gre.org
- License as a registered nurse with eligibility
for Florida RN licensure
- Three recommendations (on Wolford College form)
- One must be from your current clinical supervisor
- Current Resume
- One page “Statement of Purpose Essay”
- Photocopy (if permitted in your state) of current
and unrestricted license as a Registered Nurse with
eligibility for Florida RN licensure
- Copies of ACLS, BLS and PALS certification
- (Official American Heart Association certifications only)
- Drivers license copy – Current, valid unrestricted drivers license
from one jurisdiction of the United States
- TOEFL score of 550 (paper based) or
213 (computer based) for international students
- CCRN is required for re-application
